Good Morning to You all....

Good Morning All....it's me again...I'm doing my best to make this a normal routine again...I'm back with you today to share with you a couple of other pieces I created a couple weeks back.....in a few swaps from a group I was a member of.....I hope the recipients of them enjoyed them....I know I had alot of fun making them and personalizing them for the ladies they went to....
This first one was for a CD Swap.....The lady it went to had recently gotten a rescue doggie.....and it's just the sweetest thing and loves his new mommy to pieces...she had shared a pic of him with the group...so I knew I wanted to gear her CD towards her doggie...Here's what I came up with...

Isn't her doggie adorable....I had fun making this and I hope the recipient enjoyed it....

So this next piece I'll share is for a swap with a beach/summer theme....may not have that wording exact....but it's very like minded.....The person it went to enjoys spending time at the SEA though she does not swim she loves to hear the seagulls and the eat at the restaurants by the SEA.....though seafood isn't a favorite of hers.....
This is a very dimensional card.....and lots of texture.....

The phrase on the front and the phrase on the inside I cut with my Silhouette Cameo and used black matte vinyl.....I'm enjoying using vinyl to cut my phrases and adhering them to my projects...
You can see how must texture is on the front of the card...I used Gloss Medium Heavy Gel on the card...coloring the top part with Blue Lagoon Distress ink into the Gel Medium....on the bottom part of the card I added sand on top of the Gel Medium....to give a beach texture of the sand....then hit the edges with gathered twigs.....used some of the gathered twigs distress ink into the textured sand medium I added to the PDC Cat Tails Cut File......and then I also added some of my homemade "stones" to give an added dimension.
To make the "stones" I just used Paper Air Dry Clay......and it makes them super light and look just like the ones you can purchase....
The boat I used is one I had left over from a project I did some time back.....and had cut the PDC Row Boat out of wood paper...just love the how it looks realistic....

Ok...now I thought I would share with you a few files I created to make the card above....and then a couple files I created while making the Wedding Album I shared the other day.....these items I can share as they are because you can fill with whatever digi papers you have......the other borders and things I can't share because they are truly linked to the digi images I purchased and wouldn't work well with just any image....Anywho...here's the ones I feel I can share with no issues...just click on the images below and they will take you to the location in my dropbox folder where you can download them.....

Okie Dokie.....That's about it for me for today!!!! I hope you all enjoyed the post and might find the files useful....Would love to hear your thoughts....AND...if you would like to see certain files...please drop me a message....perhaps it's something I an create......I want to thank you all for stopping by to visit with me.....I would like to wish you all a very blessed week....and I hope you'll stop by again soon....Until next time...

Happy Hump Day....

Hello Everyone...Hope you are all doing well this evening!!! I'm rather late on getting my blogpost done....but I was determined to get it completed before I went to bed this evening....I spent the afternoon tweeking my blog and my ARTHaven....Always something to tweek in our rooms isn't there!! ;)
I thought I would share with you a tag I created a few weeks back for a Patriotic Tag Swap I was involved in.....the vision I had for this tag actually came through into the finished product so I was quite happy!!! Here's the  tag....

There is alot of dimension in this tag and I just absolutely love how it turned out...I created a grungy star stencil with my Silhouette Cameo so That I would create star texture on the base of my watercolor paper.....once that dried I pulled out some water colors and did the red at the top and blue at the bottom.....dried with my heat gun then used some red and blue distress ink to give a touch more color to the 2 areas.....added fun foam to the back of the watercolor paper and then adhered that to the red cardstock...and attached both of those to the blue cardstock....added some of the stencil cutouts of the stars to the white layer for another layer on the card....added and eyelet to the top of the tag....used Mixed Media Adhesive to add the metal embellishments and the button.....I cut the banner label with my Silhouette Cameo as well as the phrase "Let Freedom Ring!!" with black mat vinyl. Added a bow to the top and fibers.....this turned out to be quite a nice card and I'm very happy with  it!!!

So....I have a question....I am contemplating joining a stamp/card kit club of some kind.....just not really sure what's all out there.....Would some of you please give me feedback on what your favorite ones are??? I know I don't like the childish/cuteish images....I don't want to jump into several all at once...I'd really like to dip my toe in and see if it's something that will bring me joy....know what I mean.....I watch alot of Youtube videos of the amazing fun so many of you have with these kits....I've just never jumped on that bandwagon as of yet.....So...please let me here from you.....

I would also love to hear what you think of my tag........As always...THANK YOU so very much for stopping by and visiting with me...Means more than you know...I wish you all a very blessed week...and hope to see you again very soon!!! Until next time...

A Wedding Album

Hello Everyone.....Hoping this post finds you all still doing well!!!
So I'm EXCITED to share this post with you...I have had SO MUCH FUN creating the project I'm sharing with you today.....I have a co-worker who married back in March......I wanted to create a Wedding Album for her and her husband...but of course I had to wait until I had the inspiration to do so....my mojo has been on hiatus for so long!!!
Well....it FINALLY has come back...and I actually completed their Wedding Album and I LOVE how it turned out!!!  I decided to do a reveal video so you can see all the interaction in the album...then I'm also sharing pictures below.....I sure hope you'll take a bit to view it....I must admit I'm proud of how it turned out.....
The Video did break down into 2 videos since it's been SO LONG since I've uploaded a video......they are both posted below...

And here are the stills of the album...I have put them in their own album so you can click on the image and it will take you to the album for all of them....

So...what did you think??? Isn't it so pretty!!! Like I said above...I'm very proud of it....and truly enjoyed creating this piece!!!
I am SO ready to be creating again...so I hope you will check back often....I have some other things I've created of the past couple months I plan on posting....but it may be a day or so....not sure yet....
I would like to THANK YOU ALL for stopping by and I wish you all a very blessed week ahead!!

A New Beginning....

Hello Everyone.....Hoping this post finds you all following back to my blog here on blogger!!  Because I am going to do my best in becoming creative again...which is to include updating my blog on a regular basis.....I find it would end up costing me to do that with Wordpress because of the limited space issues with the free version of their blog setup......As I am doing this more for pleasure I do not want to incur any charges for that......
So...I've decided to come back to blogger.....HOWEVER...Wordpress does not play nicely in giving a file format that Blogger can read correctly to move my posts back over to blogger.....so if you are interested in any of my older posts...I'll have to as that you go back to my Wordpress Blog here:
https://pennyduncancreations.wordpress.com
From today forward however....all new posts will be done through blogger as I'm not limited to space.
So come back VERY soon...as I'm working on a blog post right now!!!
Thank you so much for your visit...Wishing you all a very blessed day!!
